Do I need to sign family information form?

I am about to submit an application for a study permit along with the spouse's application for a work permit. But the rules of putting signature are a little confusing. I know that I don't need to print and sign the main application as it will be signed electronically. But what about the supporting forms? Do the family information form IMM5705 and the use of family representative form IMM5713 have to be printed out, signed, scanned and then uploaded? Or they also will be signed by an electronic signature?

What did you end up doing here? I am applying for working holiday visa and not sure if I should print and sign or if it will ask me to electronically sign later
