Second that. Proof of funds are not required at the time you send your application. Don't submit
additional documents if they don't directly support your application and like transcripts or your grandmas
pasta recipes, bank statements do not support your application.
 
No need proof of funds for Canadian experience, also sending additional documents not related to your Canadian experience application is a waste of time for you and VO. When visa officer ask for statements when landing its not to approve or deny your permanent residence, it will hep them to check how much money are you declaring with you, and to check in future if you are trying to introduce more money to the country, basically to avoid money laundry.

just making sure there is no confusion here, funds are not required for CEC, but it will be required for PNP and or FSW, don't know why the difference
