do i need to send both aplications at once

i am sponsoring my wife to come to Canada and there is two parts. one for me to sponsor and one for her to immigrate. so when we are done all the paperwork do I send both applications at the same time or do I send mine and she will send hers? and if it is separate do I need to make two copies of the marriage certificate?

you send everything together, in one package. If you are applying inland, it goes to Vegreville. If you're applying outland, it goes to Mississauga.

im new to this whole thing im not sure what inland and outland is. I live in Canada and will be applying from here and my wife lives in Uruguay and will wait there until she can come to Canada

If she lives in Uruguay, you're applying Outland.
