I am going to send a tourist extension application package tomorrow in order for my spouse to stay until the end of her "Outland" application process.

1. Before I send the visitor visa extension application package I need to know if we have to send a copy of our marriage certificate?
Also if I have to send a copy of our marriage certificate does it have to be translated to English? If it is not necessary at all to send a copy of our marriage certificate please tell me.

2. Are there any other documents which I have to send which does not state on the document checklist?

I do not mean to be pushy but I really need a response. I can not send the visitor visa extension application until I know if it is really necessary to send a copy of our marriage certificate.

what kind of visa is this is this one of family class sponsorhip and why you will send ur marriage certificate copies any way
u must end copy of the original certificate of ur marriage and the original translation of ur marriage certificate but u need to be carefull bcz if u will applying later for sponsoring ur spouse u will need the original transaltion of ur marriage certificate that u sending now

You shouldnt need to send in your marriage certificate if you've already applied for "Outland" they should already know your married. You should send in proof you've paid immigration fee for her premanent residency application (example: mine was $1040) and proof of your funds to support her also its good if she's added to your bank account because it shows she has access to the money aswell or if she has a bank account a copy of how much she has here to support herself. This is the advice I got when I asked the question a long time ago so good luck
