Do I need to register with Job Bank if I have a current Job offer but no LMIA

I have just submitted my Express Entry CIC profile and I got a message from CIC saying I need to register with the Job Bank as I don't have a job offer. But I do, I have been working in the same job for the last 2 years but I just don't have an LMIA as I am going for BC PNP Nomination. Do I still need to register wth the Job Bank anyway? As it says that if I don't within 30 days my express entry profile will expire. If anyone is in the same situation, any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Registering there does really no harm. It is formality as job bank is used practically just for LMIA so nobody will bother you from there. You would have to have LMIA in order to skip that step.

Yes, you have to register, even though you have a job.
