Do I need to make a new GCKey Account? - Visit Visa for Principal Applicant

Im applying for a visit visa for my spouse. We have received the AOR. The application has been linked to both the GCkey tracker for the sponsor (myself) and the Principal Applicants tracker.

My question is, do we need to make a new account on the GCkey tracker under her email, or can I submit an online application on my already made GCKey tracker but submit a representative form?

I would prefer to not have to make another account but I am not sure if that is the way to go since the GCkey tracker is under the sponsor and the visit visa application I would assume is from the principal applicant?

the application can be link to only one GCkey account, i believe you referred to PR tracker
as for visit visa, it should be submitted from PA's account
