Do I need to land in the city listed in my application?

I put in my application I will be landing in Toronto. Do I really need to land in Toronto? I am having seconds thoughts and thinking about going to Vancouver?
 
No you do not. However you need to have an address where they will send your PR card to on hand for the immigration officer.
 
Will I have to provide that address information right there or I can sette down in a hotel or someplace else first then give them the address?
 
If you are not Quebec class then you can land anywhere except in Quebec. It will be better if you can give your temporary address when landing so that they will send you the PR card. If you do not provide they will give you a form so that you can provide the address later.
But if you provide the address when landing you need to be sure that you will be there or some one collects when the PR is sent to this address
