Do i need to inform to DMP about breast lump?

Hello,

I am going to see dmp tomorrow,
I have done a few biopsy to make sure my breast lump is benign(fibroadenoma), and it is.

Do i need to inform to DMP about that?
My family doctor told me it isn't serious and won't show up x-ray. and she told me i don't need to mention it to DMP.

I got all documents of that, but i am just not sure if i need to mention it.

did anyone have similar or same experience?

Nope nothing to mention. With CIC, it is usually best to answer truthfully only to questions asked. A fibroadenoma is not a cancer so even if they ask about breast cancer history, this does not count. I'm not sure what questions they will ask, but I'm pretty sure they won't ask if you have a fibroadenoma.
