Do I need to get my PCC from Indian Embassy again?

I had already got my PCC from Indian Embassy New York consulate on 8th of oct 2018. Due to some personal issues had to delay the process.
Hence,I just recently got my ITA. I plan to submit all my docs by 8th march. So it will be approximate 5 months since I got my PCC.

So the question being: Do I need to again get my PCC again as ideally PCC are valid for 6 months ?

As long as you haven't returned to India since Oct 8 2018, you can still use it.
