Do I need to fill out the payment receipt?

I just paid the fees for Family Immigration and have just printed the receipt.

The receipt features a blank box for my address, date of birth, telephone number and client ID number. Do I need to fill this in or do CIC complete it when they receive the application?

The e-payment receipt must be filled out by hand prior to submitting it with the application. The “Payer Information” fields must match the cardholder's information entered at the time of the payment.

The “Client date of birth” and “Client ID” must be those of the principal applicant.

What if the principal applicant does not have a Client ID?

for your records. Please also note that the payer's name on this receipt does not have to be the same
as the one on the application form."

I've made the payment with my grandfather's credit card.
Obviously he doesn't have any to do with my application, so what if I fill my name below his name already printed and fill the others blank with my infos as principal applicant?
And I don't have a client ID... it's not easier to fill with the sponsor's info?

I will suggest, on top of the page write:

Sponsor Name: First Name Last name
Sponsor Client ID (UCI): xxxx-xxxx
Sponsor date of birth: dd-mm-yyyy

Principal Applicant: First Name Last Name
Principal Applicant date of birth: dd-mm-yyyy
Principal Applicant Client ID (UCI): xxxx-xxxx

leave it blank if applicant doesn't have UCI.

What if the principal applicant does not have a Client ID?

So the receipt must be filled ,in my case, with my grandfther's info (as the cardholder) and I'll write on the top of page my info as sponsored and my sponsor's info?

Ok, I will fill out my details then, as I am the one who has made the payment. I am the principle applicant, so will add my date of birth. I will leave the UCI number blank, because I don't have that yet.
