Do I need to fill my travel history form or not?

When I fill out the the countries here: https://ircc.canada.ca/english/information/applications/spouse.asp to get the forms and instructions, I get that the PA needs to fill the following forms (living in Canada, lived in UK and Italy):
  • Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008)
  • Schedule A – Background/Declaration (IMM 5669) – you must fill out this form for yourself, and on behalf of any family members who are 18 or older
  • Additional Family Information (IMM 5406)
But in the full guide it says I need to fill also the Supplementary Information – Your travels (IMM 5562).

So do I need to fill all my travels history or not?

The pa does. The sponsor does not.
It is a bit strange because the checklist document does not have any reference to the Travels form: IMM 5562...

Also, on the online form it says to write 'not applicable' if I don't have to submit the travel history of my wife (Canadian sponsor), but I have no idea where to write 'not applicable' as it is an online form.. do you know?

I believe the travel history form depends on nationality (passport) of PA. So check here:
https://www.ircc.canada.ca/english/information/applications/spouse.asp

I don't know how to deal with the online form issue, sorry
