Do i need to fill in 2 different applications for parents application?

my wife just got her PR (last week, yahhhhh), so we are planning to sponsor her parents as well for next year
i am looking at the IMM 1344
in box 4- it asks for person you are sponsoring (principal applicant)
i am suppose to fill in one name only, correct ?
if i put in the mother's name, do i need to prepare another application for her father as well ?

that sounds not right, but i am not able to find any information from webiste, please advise.

1 parent will be the principal applicant, and the other listed as dependent. So only 1 application form is required.

for schedule A background/declaration (IMM 5669), i assume i need to fill in 2 copies (for her mother and father ), correct ?

my wife has a sister that is 24 years old, does she need to fill in this form too?
she is not qualify to come, we can only sponsor her parents.

•your spouse or common-law partner (whether accompanying you to Canada or not), and
