Do I need to do this???

I am applyingnoutland from Mexico. On the guide it asks for photocopies of documents. Do I need to get these photocopies certified???? They are translated but I also need to provide a photocopy.

Translation of documents

Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:

-the English or French translation; and
-an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
-a certified copy of the original document.

So from my understanding is this:

I got my marraige certificate and my husbands birth certificate translated along with the affidavit from the translator. So now what I have to do is make photo copies of my original marraige certificate and my husbands birth certificate and take those 2 copies and get it certified????

I didn't get originals certified, my originals were in Arabic. I was approved as sponsor.
