Do I need to declare my foreign assets (house,shop,car) upon landing on my goods to follow list?

I’m landing in Canada in a few weeks, I have a car and a house in my home country each exceeding 100k cad , do I need to declare these on the goods to follow list.

You understand what "goods to follow" means? Stuff that you will be bringing to Canada.

Unless your cars and houses are in USA, then you can perhaps bring them to Canada.
