In my case, I am only sponsoring my wife outland as our child is already Canadian citizen, so I don't have to complete IMM 5481 nor IMM 1283? I am confused because I have come across threads where applicants/sponsors filled IMM 5481 even though they sponsored spouse ?

- Sponsorship Evaluation and Relationship Questionnaire [IMM 5532] (PDF, 3.28 MB)
- Important: To digitally sign the form, you must first complete it and then select “print to PDF”. This will create a new a version of the form that can be digitally signed.
