Do I need to certify non-English stamps translation on passport?

35 per passport unless you have alot of stamps then higher.

They usually charge per stamp and it really depends on what countries stamps are from and how many of them are here.
The cheapest you may find in GTA is around $4-5/stamp. If you have a lot, contact these guys:

http://www.docsbase.ca/ - they can do it cheaper than $4 and are always helpful in difficult cases

http://document-translation.ca/ - we used them for a few small jobs. Pretty reliable and do around $4/stamp

Stay away from individual ATIO translators, that's pure robbery of $50+ per page

I wrote to docsbase.ca. They told me one passport and one birth certificate for 110 CAD with tax.

Maybe you have many stamps in your passport. They have always counted mine as less than $4/stamp and that's probably the cheapest I was able to find in Canada.

I've written to docsbase.ca; I had my 2 Dubai entry/exit stamps translated by them. These 2 stamps were on 2 different pages of my passport.

I got in touch with them on August 17. It's August 22 now and their translation with certification is now in transit. I have also received the softcopy by email as of 8am today.

The charge was $30 (translation with certification, hardcopy no extra charge via regular mail). Receiving the hardcopy via regular post is free, but I opted for registered mail which cost $19 additional.

I have yet to receive the hardcopy but right now, I think I would definitely recommend them.
