If your COPR is written with Condition 51 on it, you can land, but in order for you to comply with the condition you must cohabit with your wife. She can either return with you to KSA or you will need to quite your job much earlier than you had planned and remain with her in Canada. You can not land and then return to KSA alone for 1 year as you would then be in breach of condition 51 and at risk for loosing your PR for not complying.Treboresoj said:
