Do i need to attach Letter of Explanation in updating of deffered LOA. AFTER AIP !!!

I have AIP.. and i got defered LoA..Please suggest.. do i need to provide them my reasons of deferring my intake.. ??

Even I have an AIP. recd on 15 SEPT. but still deferring to JAN2021 because of so many uncertainties. yet to receive updated LOA. my agent says we will have to apply for fresh visa application. Its so damn scary. somehow got AIP by sheer luck, now fresh application is an invitation to REJECTION.
by the way how are you planning to go ahead with your application? going to update on webform or fresh application?

ANYONE CAN HELP US. please post

what a stupid advice by your agent. sounds like he just wants to milk you for more money

actually the thing is I applied in JUNE and wasn't getting any updates so on 1st sept i decided to withdraw GIC and college fees. i got my GIC back but b4 i could get refund from college i got the AIP and decided to go with it. so now i have to re purchase my GIC and get a new LOA.

You must inform the IRCC via the web form if the start date of your deferred studies is 150 days away from the original start date you've applied with, otherwise, you don't need to inform them unless it's necessary.
