The thing is I sent my screenshot on the mail that I received of payment link. Then later I received an actual invoice. So around 4,35 I sent another mail attaching the invoice on the same mail. And then in less than an hour I received an email containing AWB number.

Yes you get an acknowledgement on mail as well. Long and detailed email.

Reference number is the number you get after you have successfully completed the webform and submit it.

I wonder when. It's so frustrating to even acknowledge that we lost an entire week since we got our PPR. We can't handit over at VAC centre ourselves?
