Do I need to add old cancelled passport details to apr?

Hi,

I recently got my Indian passport renewed in United States.

1) Do I need to submit the passport number and other details for old passport?
It just has my visa stamp of United States.

2) what should be country of issue for new passport?

Should it be United States or India? It is issued by Indian
Embassy in New York, United States.

1 - You don't have to add details of your old passport, only current and valid one.

2 - India.

I entered country of issue as United States. Will that affect my application or LOE will be fine?

Umm, you can just edit it since you haven't received an ITA

Are you sure no need to add even if old passport has old work visa

Once you get an ITA you can upload the old passports along with the current one if it contains important stamps/visas

1) No, need to add old passport number to it. You can add the copy of old passport (and visas) when you upload the documents after ITA (I dont think its a requirement to upload old passports)
2) Its issued by India not by USA. (Indian Embassy in USA is part of Indian Government not USA)
