Do I need the original Imm5292 form after receiving my PR card??

First of all, happy new year...

3 years ago I moved to Canada and I received my PR card...
At that time, I throw the original Imm5292 document...

So my question is, do I need this document in the future, such as renewing my PR card or applying for citizenship, etc.

If so, can I ask to issue a new one??

yes for citizenship also.

It tells you on the form in great big letters....KEEP THIS FORM SAFE YOU WILL NEED IT IN THE FUTURE.

I have the scanned form (IMM 5292) .. but I didn't find what you mentioned "KEEP THIS FORM SAFE YOU WILL NEED IT IN THE FUTURE." !!

maybe at the back???

Any way, is there is a way to re-issue a new one??
