Do I need the ECA Paper Report Required for Express Entry?

Hi,

I'm debating whether to go for standard shipping ($7 or $85) and the decision is based solely if I need to send a hard copy of the evaluation to CIC. If just the online copy needs to be updated then I'd rather save the money.

Can someone please advice.
