Do I need Offer of Employment from previous employers?

Hi,

I'm currently uploading documents for my post ITA application through FSW. In the Work History section of my application, I listed 4 employment experiences (including the current employment), and in the "intended work in Canada" section, I listed the offer from my current employer.

Then in the document uploading page, there is 1 entry for "Offer of Employment", 4 entries for "Employment Records" and 1 entry for "Letter of Employment". I'm just wondering, should the 1 "Offer of Employment" and "Letter of Employment" include those documents from my previous employers? or do I just need to upload those documents from my current employer? The problem is that the offer letters from some of my previous employments are lost and cannot be recovered, so there is going to be an issue if they are required...

BTW, the help of "Offer of Employment" says:

You must provide a job offer letter from the employer who wants to hire you. It must be printed on company letterhead, and state that you will be employed permanently in Canada by that company. The letter must specify whether the job is:
for continuous, paid, full-time work (at least 30 hours a week),
for work that is permanent and not seasonal,
skill type 0, or skill levels A or B of the 2011 National Occupational Classification (NOC)
(Note – in most cases, the job offer must be for a permanent job. For some types of jobs, it has to be for at least one year.)
The job offer letter must include contact information for the company (address, telephone number and email address).

So this does sound like they only require one job offer but I'd like to make sure of that.

Only required for the job for which you're claiming a valid job offer (50/200 points) same goes for the placeholder of "Letter of Employment"

Please don't reply saying you did not claim such points...

Well....I don't want to give such reply, but I actually got 0 points on work related items (my current employment NOC2173 on PGWP has no LMIA and is less than 1 year; and my previous employment experiences NOC4012 are more than 1 year continuously, but all happened when I was a full-time student, and required no work permit). I used NOC4012 as my primary experience when creating the EE profile. My profile was later deemed eligible for FSW, but I received no points from any work experiences. I got all my points from age (94) + language (136) + education (135) + canadian education(30) + skill transferability education (50) = 445, which gets me a lucky ITA in the last draw...

So does that mean I actually don't need to submit any offer/letter of employments since I think I can't get any points from them anyway...? Although I think I still need to submit something since they are still required documents.

The whole EE program is based on skilled work experience. Based on what you wrote, it seems that you do not have a "valid" work experience. So regardless of the fact that the computer says you're eligible for FSW, I believe your application will be refused as ineligible, unless I am misunderstanding what you wrote. Your NOC 4012 experience was in Canada (yes?) and cannot be used to qualify under FSW.

"Offer of employment" has a very specific meaning in EE, which your questions suggest you do not understand. You can read about that here.

Working on a PGWP does not constitutive having a valid job offer.

You must answer "no" to the very first question in the intended work section - placeholders for offer of employment and letter of employment will disappear.

Oh thank you DelPiero07 and jes_ON. Looks like I indeed had some fundamental misunderstanding about the job offer then.

I guess another question is: if I removed that, then do you think it will render my profile ineligible for FSW?

I actually can't comment on your situation as i've never seen this before.

I think such a scenario was not possible before since an applicant would not have enough points anyway if he don't get any from work experience or PNP. Now with the minimum points being historically low, I think it is starting to be possible for applicants who have good points on language and high level of Canadian education to qualify, despite lacking claimable points from work experience.
