Do I need Medical Exam to renew my PR?

Hello everyone,

I need your help with something....my PR will expire on October this year, and I'm not sure if I need to my medical exam again to renew my PR. Also, I have a daughter, she lives in Portugal with her mom, and she was asked to do the medical exam for my 1st PR card....If I'll need to do the medical exam again for my PR, will she needs to do it too?

No you do not need to do another Medical.

Thank you very much for your answer. I really appreciate it! Another question (if you know), do you know how long it takes to receive the new PR card if everything is fine with the application? I'm planning to send my application by the end of February.....
