I am currently living in Canada and I am very confused whether I need Malayisan PCC or not.
When I looked at the CIC website, it showed the following:
If you have lived in Malaysia for more than one year, follow the directions above for citizens of Malaysia who live outside of Malaysia.
If you have not lived in Malaysia for one year or more, you are not required to provide a Malaysian police certificate. If you are asked for a police certificate from Malaysia, write: “I cannot provide a police certificate for the time I spent in Malaysia because certificates are only available to people who have lived in Malaysia for one year or more.”
