Do I need LICO Plus 30% ?

Hi There,

I applied for my parents sponsorship in 2010, application was delayed and is now in process, my question is about LICO do i have to meet LICO plus 30% or just the LICO without 30%?

No if you submitted in 2010 you are under the old rules so don't need to meet the 30% adder. That is only for apps submitted in 2014 or later.
