Do i need "IELTS" ?

IELTS is must for NAIT admission and i think its mistake in message that was sent you that you are not required ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY.

As English is the language of instruction at NAIT, an adequate knowledge of written and spoken English is a prerequisite for admission. All applicants must meet the English language proficiency requirement by presenting proof of completion of the specific prerequisite English course (or approved equivalent), PLUS a minimum of three years of full-time study (excluding ESL courses) in English in a country where English is the principal language. i don't know how is pakistan is in the list. bcoz here 1st language is not in english. any way if college accepet you without IETLS and your other factors are good(acadmic backround,financial,home ties) then you can apply.
secondly 2 year diploma is not equal to bachelor, bachelor is 4 year not 2 year may be some in some colleges bachelor is 2 year but in the eyes of CHC your are taking admission in diploma so try to go 4 year bachelor or 3 year advanced diploma its better for you.

I am also for Fanshawe college and have processed for visa file. College required IELTS in some courses and some are exempt. In my case they requires IELTS for admission.

Pakistan can never exempt from list of English proficiency requirement. Our first language is URDU.

CHC check oveall, they know that College has only concern of their money, On the other hand CHC never require IELTS but they refuse many visa because of IELTS. I suggest u to do IELTS and apply.

For Pakistan

1. Your visa can not be refused on basis of not having IELTS/TOEFL, as that is not the requirement for study visa. If you have poorly done with your application form i.e. made several spelling mistakes, your sentences does not link, etc that can help visa officer to understand how seriously you have taken instructions or calibre of your English. It is adviced to ask someone to read your form critically. Don't assume he (visa officer) will understand. Remember you are not there to explain things. Be concise and precise!

2. IELTS/TOEFL is requirement of the college. If they do not ask you for one, it is upto them.

3. Pakistani education system is one of the best! Ofcourse not all universities in same country has same standards. I know a few universities which will waive your IELTS requirement if you have done bachelors degree from below

helo bro, if you don't mind can you tell me where is written IELTS is the requirement of
chc......? may be under ssp IELTS is required by chc but here is pakistan i know many guys got visa without IELTS. i don't want to say that apply without IELTS. as IELTS is the factor of overall profile and with high score in IELTS visa chances are so high but its not mean a person can't apply without IELTS and its impossible visa without IELTS.

Yes, I already confirmed. I wrote them, and they reply to me that IELTS is not required as of Pakistani.
