do i need experience for arranged employment??????

Hello to all of you

i just completed my course in December ..i am on work permit now ...a Canadian employer in ready to give me indeterminate employment .....but i don't have have any experience in my related study.....do i need experience in the field of arranged employment before applying for Permanent residence.....although with arranged Employment i do have 69 marks.......still i need experience......

please advise me......

You need at least 1 year of full-time continuous employment in a skilled occupation (NOC O, A, or B) to qualify for any of the Federal Skilled Worker categories. It doesn't have to be directly related to a degree.

does it mean that .....i have experience as an academic instructor then i completed mt study in supply chain mangement......in canada and a supply chain small store is offering me indetrminan job......but i dont have any expreince in supply chain ...will my tutoring experience will be counted....as experience its in A category...??

"Yes, but..." Tutoring is not the same as a professor or college instructor. Many people on this forum are having difficulty getting their experience accepted under NOC 4121 and 4131. So read the main duties carefully, because your experience will be verified, and if the main duties do not match, it willl not be accepted.

i was an instructor in a private academy which used to give instructions to MBA aspirants for entrance exam.
i used to teach mathematics and was staff trainer.....but now i am working as in financial advisor ...can i use academic experience to apply as financial advisor which is NOC level "A"..my employer is ready to offer me permanent job offer....
