I have a Canadian post grad degree and in August will be eligible for CEC. I have no foreign work experience. My job is under skilled trade category (NOC B, 8232). My bachelors is from my home country. I want to know if I don't do ECA for my undergrad will I lose points?

Right now when I evaluate my points assuming I have 1 year experience for a CEC. It comes out to be 432. The system asks if
I have canadian degree or Degree with ECA for which I select I have canadian masters degree. I want to know when I am actually making my profile would the system asks me about ECA. If I say no would a get reduction from 432 points or if I say yes would I get increment?
