DO I need ECA for 10th and 12th?

hi,

my self balwinder singh from india.i have 3 year diploma in electrical engineering so do i need to assess my diploma certificate only or also 10th and 12th?.actualy CIC mention that you must have assess your all education certificate but WES and other organisation like ICAS mention that you do not need to assess your high school or secondary school certificate if you have one year or more post secondary certificate.i am at pre stage of EE so please help me out i am confuse about it.

You only need to assess your highest degree. In your case, since you have a undergrad degree, you don't need to get your school certs assessed. You'll get points for your bachelors (assuming WES asses that to be equal to a Canadian bachelors).

Although i am under graduate but i saw conversion table and 3 year diploma also listed in that table.so if WES pass my ECA report hope it will be equvalent to that diploma listed in conversion table.

so what will happen? if i only assessed my diploma certificate and at any stage CIC ask to assess high school and secondary school certificate.so will i go for WES again to assess my high school and secondary school certificate again? or CIC decline my application ?

They won't ask for that, period.

Your highest degree is sufficient.
