Do I need any other document to or shall I go ahead and make profile. CRS calculator makes score of 475.

One more thing how much time do I have to accept ita?

Funds details are needed but that you will do after ITA and so will the medical.
You will be given option to continue the ITA or reject it in your profile. You can choose either.
Once you choose to continue your application, you are given 90 days to provide all the details required for eAPR.

Best to get your degrees certified by WES or EAC as quickly as possible as it takes quite some time.
