Hi,
I got my PR card, I am a permanent Residence since last Summer.

Do I need the eTa, Electronic Travel Auth. do fly from Canada to Germany and back?
also if I would fly to USA an back? or just the ESTA for America?

thank you!
Emma :)

Does your passport allow you to travel to EU without a visa? If yes, you don't need eTA.
To go back to Canada you don't need eTA because you have PR card.
To travel to USA you need ESTA.

As a Canadian PR, you can't obtain an eTA. It's as simple as that. You can ignore ANY references to them.

I found this:

Find out if you need an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) or a visitor visa

New entry requirement now in effect: visa-exempt foreign nationals need an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) to fly to or transit through Canada. Exceptions include U.S. citizens, and travellers with a valid Canadian visa. Canadian citizens, including dual citizens, and Canadian permanent residents cannot apply for an eTA.

Important: If you are stateless or if you are travelling with a travel document issued to non-citizens, such as an alien passport or a refugee travel document, you need to apply for a visa to visit or transit through Canada.

So I don't need one RIGHT?????????????????????
just my PR card
and I do have still my German Passport!

thanks!

Seriously, you have been explicitly told you can't apply for one AND you quoted the website specifically stating you can't apply. Why do you continue to ask?
