Do I need a Police clearance from Canada

Hello Everyone, I need ur help guys.
I want to know do I need a police clearance from Canada because I am Living In Canada from last 2 years to apply for PR under provinical Nominee to the Buffalo visa office.
And if I need a police clearance, is it with fingerprint or just without fingerprint

No. CIC will request the RCMP check themselves.
