Do I need a police clearance for the period of stay in Canada to apply for Express entry?

I came as a student to Canada and successfully completed my postgraduate program. To apply for the Canadian Express Entry (Federal Skilled Worker), do I need to submit another policer clearance for my stay in Canada as well? I appreciate your help!
