I'm planning to apply for citizenship with a buffer of 30 days. I'm a bit confused. I submitted a PCC from India during my immigration application and according to the website, I won't need one again since I didn't spent more than 6 months in Canada.
However, everyone knows that immigration PCC have a validity of 6 months. My application took 5 months to process and after that I landed in Canada after 6 months of my immigrant visa being issued. Meanwhile I was also in France for three months. So technically by the time I landed in Canada as a PR, my PCC had already expired for months. So will I need to submit a new PCC now along with my citizenship application or the old one will do?
I never left Canada after arriving there. Not even for a single day!
