Do I need a new Commitment certificate for a SUV work permit?

Greetings Everyone,

I'm at the stage of Peer Review for PR but was wondering, Do I need a new Commitment certificate for a SUV work permit if its expired?

I sent in a WP application before it expired but it was rejected.

Also my incubator incorrectly filed my CC and listed my WP as not urgent. Will they process my WP in this scenario?
