Do I need a LMO to extend my work permit?

Hello. I'm trying to extend my work permit that expires in the end of May. I entered Canada on the working holiday visa program. I have 2 jobs at the same gym now. One of them is a gymnastics instructor position, the other is custodial/housekeeper position. I started the gymnastics instructor as a volunteer, and after 6 months they offered the paid position. I have been working as the paid position for nearly 6 month. Last week they offered me the custodial/housekeeper position.Then, I thought about extending my work permit so that I asked my supervisor to ask a LMO for me. They , however, told me that I didn't need a LMO because I already have a job and I just need send an application form without a LMO. Is this correct? Can I surely appry for extension of my work permit?

I would appeciate if someone could help me.

working holiday working permits (Open work Permit under IEC) can not be extended, you need to apply for a new one (if you are from Australia then you are in a slightly better position). Otherwise, you need to get another work permit under IEC and general rule is that you can participate only twice in IEC program and usually it is expected that you apply in different category when applying for second participation.

Yes you need LMO to extend work permit whatever from WHP to closing WP or anything else. You need LMO to get new WP
