I completed my course in Canada in 2020 and flew back to my home country. I have applied for my PGWP from outside Canada and I am waiting for the same. Once I receive my PGWP, do I need a job offer to enter Canada? If yes, what are ways in which I can find a job in Canada from outside the country?
Please help!

Did you apply for a TRV too as you need one? You need either a) job offer or b) prove that you normally live in Canada (rental, utilities you are paying for while even out of the country, car loan etc.).

No I haven't applied for a TRV. According to the CIC website, I will receive a new visa along with my PGWP.
While landing, I will have my visa and my letter of authorization. But will I need to show a job offer as well?

As I said above if you don’t have a job offer, can you prove you normally live in Canada? A PGWP doesn’t allow entry into Canada without a TRV. Where does it say you will get a TRV with a PGWP?

Thank you for your help. Any tips on how to start applying for jobs in Canada from outside the country?

Also, here's where CIC has mentioned that they will issue a visa/eTA along with PGWP -

Sorry was confused...thought you had applied for your PGWP in Canada and then returned home. As for jobs, it depends where you live. Look at Indeed, JobBank etc. You want a skilled job and until you have your work permit (authorization to work) employers may not even look at your application.

Ohh. Yes that seems fair. Thanks! One more thing though -
My study permit is valid till March although I have already completed my course from a DLI.
Unfortunately, my visa has expired.
If I apply for an eTA now, is it possible for me to land back in Canada on my study permit itself?

When did you graduate because your study permit automatically expires after graduation. If it does expire in March and you only need an eTA not a TRV then you can land.

I had extended my study permit, which is why it is valid till March end. I recently read that my home country is not eligible for an eTA. Hence, I just need the visa to enter Canada. If I show my PGWP 'Submission Confirmation' letter, can I get my visa stamped on my passport in my home country?

Also, I am worried that it may not come on time. Can something be done to expedite the process?

So you don’t have a valid TRV. You need a TRV. You can’t just show up to board a plane with a PGWP letter or at an embassy to get it stamped. Apply for the TRV. There is no expedited process as everyone wants it expedited.

Thank you for your reply.
What I meant to ask was, if I apply for a TRV now, do you think I will be able to receive the visa before my study permit expires (that is, before 30 March 2021)?

It depends on where you're applying from, the processing times varies
