Do I have to submit WES assessment with the Express Entry Profile?

In the new Express Entry System for Federal Skilled Workers, do I have to submit my WES assessment with the Express Entry application, which is the first submission of profile? Or do I send it later, if they invite for PR application?

yes, you will have to enter your WES reference number (on your DOC) when you create the profile.

You have to provide the Wes number that is present on the result report and not the Wes reference number in your EE profile. There is a difference between the reference number and the result/report number. I also uploaded scan of Wes result in the education section while submitting my application.

I have created WES reference number.. and requested my institution to send transcripts to WES.
So ECA is in progress, it may take another month to complete.

I just wanted to submit EE profile, without waiting for another month.

Can I submit the EE profile with the WES reference number.. right away? or do I have to wait for the ECA to complete?

Yes u have to submit it while creating ur EE profile. Without the WES assessment and IELTS score card u wud not be able to create ur EE profile as it asks for the ECA no and the IELTS scire card no.

U habe to wait for the ECA to complete. U wud need the report no to create the profile.

You cannot create the profile, until you get your ECA#.

Pls don't be confused. The number when you create your WES profile is called the WES reference number. The number that is needed is the ECA#, which you will get along with your ECA.

Once you have your WES certificate, during the ITA process you are asked to upload your education . Do you upload the WES certificate letter or an actual picture of your diploma? mine is in a picture frame and I doubt it holds any legal standing as a document

Hi, I have the same question. I received ITA and don't know which document to upload in the education section. Do I create a pdf with my degree certificated and my WES report ? Thanks in advance.

I only uploaded the WES report and that was enough. Im a full permanent resident now, so i know this first hand

I have done ECA through WES and have report in hand. But, my spouse WES is pending.

Can i create Express entry profile now and update my spouse's WES report later?

Thanks for the reply. My spouse have better IELTS(LRWS 8 9 6.5 7) and age on her side to get CRS 382 points if she is primary.

I have my crs 349 if i am primary applicant(my IELTS - LRWS 7.5 6.5 6.5 6.5).

I thought i can create a profile with me as primary applicant since my WES report is ready and once my spouse WES report ready, change primary applicant to my spouse.

Is this possible(to save time so that at least our application can be in the pool)?

Can you suggest?
