You will only be required to pay the application fees. The school will let you know when is the deadline for payment of tuition. You can apply after you get the visa aswell.Hi, hope you are well. You don't have to pay tuition. However, it may make your chances of getting a visa more likely if you pay the first year's tuition fee in full. Make sure to check with the college/school that they will refund in case your visa is denied!
