Do I have to pay Biometric fee when I apply for PR card renewal?

I had given biometric when I applied for PR card when I was India. Now my PR card is expiring so I am applying for renewal.

I visited this link to pay my fees online https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/pay.asp and
chose option one where system helps you to choose your fees , here it said I have to pay 50$.

But on their instruction guide https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...-renewal-change-gender-identifier.html#5445E6

'Pay the fees' section mention 50$ PR card fees plus $85 Biometric fees.

I am confused if I need to pay Biometric fee when applying for PR card renewal. It would be helpful to hear from someone who applied for PR card renewal.

You can’t apply from outside Canada.

• plan to apply for a visitor visa, study or work permit, and
• gave your fingerprints and photo (biometrics) as part of a previous application to visit, study or work.

pay the 50 only.
