Do I have to create a new GCKey to reapply for student visa?

My student permit application was refused a few months ago. I'm try to reapply, but I can't see a "new application button" at my cic account. Do I have to revoke my GCKey or something in order to place a new application?

When you login to your account, you will see 3 sections.

Section 1 is View the applications you submitted

Section 2 is Continue an application you haven't submitted

Section 3 is Start an application

You will find a link that says Apply to come to Canada below that.

I am planning to reappy for my student visa but I accidentally revoved my gic account . I created another though can i proceed with a new gic account . Would it cause a problem for me ?
