do i have to apply to extend my status as a visitor, already applied for inland sponsorship w OWP?

I would personally extend your visitor status in case your application is returned for any reason. You don't want to end up out of status due to a returned application.

hi, the owp application was returned today for insufficient funds. initially i had only paid the 100, then the next day i sent in the 155 w a letter of explanation and sent in web form w ircc explaining this. thank god i took your advice and applied to extend my stay as a visitor as well.
thing is what next do i start all over w the owp? they sent my checklist and imm5710 form back with a letter ( kept all other supporting documents)stating its being returned unprocessed due to insufficient funds. At the back in red i cant tell if it was scratched off or underlined/higlighted but it reads the entire package including all requested documents and a copy of this letter should be resubmitted to CPC Vegreville.I am so confused, I cant even get anyone one on the call centre due to high volume of calls.
Can u share any advice please

What are you confused about? Re-submit with the additional fee receipt.

thank you for responding,I understand that I am to submit the entire package with all required documents and this letter they sent to CPC vegreville ( correct me if im wrong) but am I re-doing the form or re-submitting the one they sent back, there is a stamp of a received date on it. sorry if i seem thick here, I am unfamiliar with this.
