do i have chances to approved TRV without strong ties

hi everyone..

I am self employed as hairstylist and i paid taxes. i bought also land in my province for a lower price. this will be my asset to return my country if i reapply for TRV.
my PR conjugal partner application was already approved 3 months ago. right now my application is already forwarded in Manila visa office. if i reapply TRV. do i have chances to approved TRV since i dont have strong asset and strong sufficient funds?
anyone can advice this situation?

You have to prove that you have funds & asset that you can support yourself in Canada while visiting the country.
