I’ve been a permanent resident for over 10+ years & i was 17 when I got arrested as a youth while i was in the process of getting my Canadian citizenship. I don’t know if I’m still eligible to become a citizen & I’m frustrated because my original country i was born in does not have a free visa entry to countries like the United States or the United Kingdom. I wouldn’t fully say that i have a youth criminal record because i did not get convicted of it & i am still in the process of the case. I need help or information on what i could do or if I have a chance of getting my citizenship.

You need to ask a lawyer. If you already have one, then ask to check whether the crime involved is a type that would result in denial of citizenship, AND/OR loss of permanent resident status. (And obviously if whether being a minor at the time would change things...)

You need to discuss with that lawyer the specific concersn about immigration status, so the lawyer knows that this is at stake as well. There have been cases where PRs and their lawyers did not understand this and 'pled guilty' to charges that still threatened immigration status (that they may have challenged/fought against if they'd understood this).
