Do CIC Put date on refusal letter?Can I snd ltr of refusal of my friend 2 Seinor

My one friend got refusal after 105 days, he is indian national and applied trv with his wife through Representative.

Can I e mail to any senior member that letter to help him ?

Yes, there's a date on the refusal letter.

You don't have to email/scan the refusal letter. You can post the refusal reasons + other information (purpose/length of the intended visit + strong ties + previous travel history) here

There is date 9th December 2016 but representative is saying that date is submission date .

There is no other date on refusal letter .
on the top there is only one date.

The date at the top of the letter is the date on which the decision was made. There should be a UCI Number and Application Number also

Ok I will let him know .

But really surprised why the Representative did hide his refusal , according to his information , The Representative submitted documents on 5th of December and refusal letter is showing the date of 9th December vfs pretoria .

And he gave him refusal letter yesterday and making lot of stories , even he said immigration department been to sponser house , even he did required new bank statement and business permit varificatiin letter one month before ...but his refusal letter date is 9th December ...
 
Your best source of information will be the GCMS notes. The complete history of your friend's application will be known when you get the notes
