What is going on?!
Why some people could get visa faster although they applied from same country and method?!
What make and how cic decide to take longer processing time for some applicants?
are they checking the suspicious applicants?
Like checking the fraud doc and calling the applicants schools and companies?!
Just why it takes longer? >:(

It depends on the "biography" of the applicant. How complicated is his work/family/travel history. Also, how fast institutions answer VO requests.

What do u mean by vo request? The uni or colleges need to answer kinda question from cic?
So if the person is complecated like me i am not living in my home country and i applied visa from place where i live...they might check my profile in detail calling the bank, office, previous education, my home country and so on?

i helped someone who wants to study english. So i did all of this applications since that person dosent know english at all and he got his visa in a week.

I thought i would get my visa in 2-4 weeks and i planned my resignment from my full time job.
Now everything just got so messed-up.
I know i coildnt blame the cic! I have been so regret because i didnt use agency.
Agency coild help me to do my documentation!

The also take the course starting date into consideration. If one apply for September 2017 session in November 2016 definitely they are not gonna issue him visa more than two or three years earlier. Course starting date effect the decision in some way.

I think time for decision making largely depends on the current volume of applications they have. Apply in the swarm of September intake, and your application will surely be delayed. Apply during Feb/March, decision should come faster.

Surely, aspects like background check and other complications can make delay in specific applications.

I hope after they delay the processing, they wont rejct the visa because it will really2 mess up all of plan and takes more time

Pepo u cant predict cic i applied on my first application
and it took 4months and yet i was refused and my country processing times states
9weeks as at then.
now i have reapplied since April 18th with upfront medicals and i havent
heard a word from they yet.
the whole process is frustrating.
i just hope it finally worth the wait when we hear from them.

I'm sure you're sick of answering this but could you share your profile and what program you've applied for?

Farko ...what was the results or reason for the first application ....mine was an untruthful answer ..u.?

Hi dear,
I have a question. I am getting student approval letter from Herzing College Montreal. I am afraid that CIC may reject my application on the basis that I have Masters degree in Commerce and I am applying for Diploma training in Accounting? Is that so? Can I get admission to this training even after having my Master's degree??
