Please I want to know how can I pay application fee from KSA banks, the bank requires an account to make money transfer or draft. And I only know the name to whome I will pay the fee??????

DDs can also be made just by name, The Receiver General For Canada. No account info is provided by CIC. Other option is that you cam give Credit Card info of you or some close friend or relative for fee payment.
