If the marriage is genuine then you couple must have a child. If you have any simply show them DNA result of your child,to them. Appeal on H&C will work for sure

Just because a couple has a baby doesn't mean the marriage is genuine. Time spent together with good proof of relationship. Who needs h&c? Does that mean someone was refused? Your post is very vague. Be more specific and members can help you.
Unless I missed any deleted posts I apologize.

With H&C application there is a low chance of approval.

.... this isn't page 2 of a thread. That's an opening post. OK... :/

Anyway, the assertion of genuineness isn't correct in either direction; lots of genuine marriages don't have children (eg by choice, same sex couples, if one party or both are sterile), and you can easily have a child without having a genuine marriage (otherwise would be an easy fraud of wham, bam, thank you ma'am, see you in 9 months for the PR application).

Also, a couple in a genuine relationship can have children who wouldn't meet a DNA test; eg, same sex couples, adoptions (by choice, or because of inability to have children), etc.

So - no. If you're planning on popping out a child on the assumption it will bolster a fraudulent application, you're in for a shock.

The officers are not stupid

Some couples with children have been refused. The visa officer considered the children to be 'children of convenience' just used to make the marriage look genuine. This is not too common, of course.
Also, do not ever send in DNA test results unless the visa officer asks for them. For one thing, you have to use an approved DNA testing facility. For another, this will look very suspicious to the visa officer.
