On that list, I went to Dr. Kao's in Tienmu. You have to call many times cause their phone is busy! Also, Thursdays they are closed. I had an appointment for 9am, but I was in Tienmu until noon. At first the receptionist didn't understand what I was there for (even though she was the one whom I had booked the appointment with, and they have a certificate in the waiting room stating their role as DMP for Canadian immigration).
When you get there, just be clear you are there for CANADIAN IMMIGRATION MEDICAL CHECK. But if you speak Chinese then no problem! Dr. Kao was very nice. When he was done, he sent me to another place to get the X-ray done. He will give you the address and I recommend you take a taxi or a bus. The X-ray only took 10 mins.
Note. The medical assessment isn't actually done in Taipei - it will be sent to Singapore for analysis.
